Jerid Hedrick — CEO, Center City Santa (501(c)(3) for Homeless Outreach)

    Jerid is the founder and CEO of Center City Santa, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting the homeless population through year-round outreach, emergency relief, and community-driven assistance. Under his leadership, Center City Santa provides direct aid in the form of cold weather survival, clothing, and shelter resources — with the organization’s efforts making it possible to save and uplift the lives of more than 100 individuals each year. Jerid’s vision for Center City Santa is rooted in compassion and action: meeting people where they are, addressing immediate needs, and creating pathways toward long-term stability.

 

    Alongside his nonprofit leadership, Jerid is a seasoned Multi-Industry Engineer with two decades of expertise spanning nuclear medicine, medical imaging, and avionics systems. His career highlights include:

Leading cross-functional teams and mentoring technical specialists

Troubleshooting and maintaining complex imaging and avionics systems

Implementing preventive maintenance programs that reduce downtime and increase efficiency.

Ensuring compliance, safety, and operational excellence in healthcare and aviation environments. He has held senior technical roles with Trinity Health and GE Medical Imaging, coordinated avionics operations with Quanta/Agusta Westland-Leonardo and Sikorsky Helicopters, and proudly served in the United States Navy as an Aviation Electronics Technician.
